I am very pleased with this company. Very professional and received an honest evaluation concerning my garage door. When it comes time to replace my door this will be my go to company. They even took the time to help my neighbor with her garage issue and she ended up cancelling an appointment with another company because she was getting a better deal with Over the Top.Posted on Google
John G11 days agoI had my garage doors serviced by the "Over The Top Garage Doors" team and was totally satisfied. They did a full inspection of the doors and operators and replaced all the rollers, adjusted the torsion springs, and adjusted the door operators as needed. Quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.Posted on Google
Jayne Keiter34 days agoWe had a garage door that was badly needing replaced. In fact our door was dangerous...so I chose Overhead Door and did so because of their great ad in the Market Place magazine... Today we have a beautiful new door and opener..Jeff and his team were professional and HONEST... Thanks OVERHEAD DOOR!!Posted on Google
RC Laney89 days agoThese guys are not only top-notch and great at what they do, and have 25+ years experience in the business, they're straight shooters. Honest. Very fair pricing. Do what they say they're going to do. On time. Easy to deal with. I had them replace my existing Chamberlain opener a few years ago with a nifty Liftmaster opener that is internet-enabled and has built-in camera. I got it because I can close (or open) the door from anywhere on the planet via the MyQ phone app. It's great. The unit went offline a few months ago and I couldn't figure out why. (Camera and video recording still worked, but I couldn't control it from the app.) I called Liftmaster Tech Support twice and both times they said the logic board needed replacing. They shipped one to me and told me it was user-installable (labor not covered by the existing warranty). I looked over the directions and felt it was above my pay grade so I called the Over the Top boys and made an appointment. They came by this morning and felt replacing the logic board made little sense. So they determined the issue, fixed it, and said "NO CHARGE." Amazing. And smart way to run a business. They advertise in the free monthly New Mexico Marketplace magazine and they regularly run specials that are great prices including the type of opener I had them install a 4 years ago, and at what I think is a great price: as of this writing, $795 which is only $100 more than they charged me back then. Stand-up guys, that's what they are. Honest. No B.S.+0Posted on Google

Jonathan Peake129 days agoI think the name speaks for itself. Totally over-the-top service. These guys were able to replace a tension bar for me about 10 months ago. Recently I had a weird issue where the garage got stuck halfway through closing. They came out, made sure all the parts were lubricated, restrung the tension bar and got everything working again. Because they couldn't tell exactly what caused it, they just considered it under warranty and did not charge anything. The least I could do was write the review. I'm absolutely a customer for life and will continue to refer people. I just can't see how anybody else could possibly compete with this level of professionalism and customer service.Posted on Google

Captain Scarlet139 days agoHonest techs - took a look at what I wanted them to do, told me I needed another shop with the right equipment they didn't have and then wouldn't take a dime when I offered some cash for their trip to the house.Posted on Google
Scott Croshaw144 days agoWe just replaced our 20 year old garage door with a new insulated door and new opener. Over the Top Garage Doors provided exceptional service. They provided a quote with very competitive pricing. Jeff and his crew scheduled the door install showed up on time and completed the job within 2 1/2 hours. They hauled away the old garage door and opener and left our garage and driveway clean. The crew was extremely hard-working and professional. We highly Recommend using these guys.+0Posted on Google
Edward171 days agoAs a retired contractor, I’m very picky on any work done for me. I can honestly say I was very impressed with the work done by OTT. The door opener was better than I expected. The work was done professionally, neatly and upon completion they took the time to fully educate me on the new equipment. I would highly recommend them !!!Posted on Google
Jose Linares244 days agoOn time and professional. The team was very up front as to what went wrong with the spring, gave me an estimate and were up front in letting me know that they might have to order the part but would make sure the garage would close. Either way, it took them an hour to replace the spring and without being pushy or overbearing told me some of the issues that might arise with the type of garage door I had (original builders). The guys saved me from a headache and I would recommend this company any time.Posted on Google
phat phrog250 days agoProfessional, courteous, responsive. So far have had a new garage door opener installed and a broken spring replaced. Will continue to call on them as needed.Posted on Google
T Bone294 days agoVERY impressed with these guys. Very professional. Very courteous. Honest dudes with integrity. I used a bigger, nationwide outfit (that has a letter and a number as part of its business name) and overpaid for the service several years ago. When the garage door was damaged, I called them back out and they said that the door needed to be replaced and that I needed new tracks and a new opener. The price was going to be nearly $6,500. Over The Top dudes came out and said they could replace the damaged panels (x2), service our door, and install the best opener made for less than a third of what the other outfit wanted. When it came to the day of service, the two owners and a helper showed up, and they were gone within 90 minutes. They answered all of my questions, the work was done correctly, and they saved me several thousand dollars. I’ll be calling you guys again.Posted on Google

Shacole908 days agoThese guys were great and honest!!! Another commercial garage repair company came out, inspected my "broken door", lied and told me I needed a new spring, and tried to say that it couldn't be repaired, therfore I needed a new one. They were going to charge me thousands of dollars!!! Jeff came out and inspected it, tightened a few screws and basically lined up the belt again. They saved me thousands!!!! Super professional and responsive. I will use them in the future and recommend them to others.Posted on Google

Natalie Eslinger1658 days agoThe most amazing company I've had the pleasure of doing business with. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They saved to day for me when the spring snapped on my garage door. They came out same day! Amazing service. And, as an added bonus, their prices are sooooo affordable. If you ever need anything with your garage door or garage door opener, there is no other company to call.Posted on Google
kass1690 days agoI called Over the Top to help me figure out why my garage door opener was working only intermittently, and always annoyingly. They came over, and within 0.5 seconds had the issue diagnosed. Yeah, that fast. Turned out the little device with the electric eye on it had somehow been pushed off-kilter. It didn't take them long to fix it, so I asked some other questions on my mind. They inspected the door, and looked at the ceiling mounted electric garage door opener, to see if it was in good shape. They also gave me some very solid advice about water penetration in the ceiling caused by a roofing leak, and I got a little lesson in how home electricity is wired.didnt expect that! One of my home improvement projects is to insulate my garage door to stop that infernal Albuquerque afternoon heat from causing so much heat in the house. The guys from Over the Top we're happy to discuss this & mentioned the kinds of insulation to consider; they let me know that the weight of the insulation could impact the garage door spring's ability to lift the door. When I get to this project this spring, I'll be calling Over the Top back to install the right spring to handle the added weight.Posted on Google
